Rob’s Garden

Rob’s Garden

A small space with big impact

Inside The Old Butchers, our service users are creating a small growing space of their own design. Together they’re planting veg, fruit and herbs while building community, learning new skills and growing confidence along the way.

Rob’s Garden

Rob’s Garden is our small, calm, supportive community growing space – a place where people can build confidence, connect with others, and improve their wellbeing through gentle outdoor activity.

Designed for anyone experiencing isolation, anxiety, low mood or a difficult period in life, the garden offers simple, low‑pressure ways to get involved: planting, tending raised beds, learning new skills, or just enjoying time outside with others.

It’s part of The Rob Clarke Community Trust, sitting alongside our foodbank, café, befriending and wellbeing projects. Many people find Rob’s Garden is the first step toward rebuilding routine, confidence and connection.

A big thank you to East Suffolk Council and The Screwfix Foundation for the generous funding and support to make this possible.
