Financial Inclusion

Advice that brings lasting impact

We have partnered with Citizens Advice East Suffolk to ensure all those that use our services has access to quality advice and support to tackle everything from debt advice, benefit support, housing issues and legal matters.

Since this service began in 2022 we have secured £350,000 of financial gains and managed nearly £1 million of debt. 20% of people using this service has no longer needed to return for crisis support.

Financial Inclusion

Our Financial Inclusion Project provides calm, practical, one‑to‑one support for people facing financial hardship – helping them increase income, manage debt, and regain stability during some of the most difficult moments in their lives.

Designed for anyone experiencing crisis, money worries, benefit issues or housing insecurity, the project offers simple, accessible ways to get help: checking entitlements, completing forms, challenging decisions, managing debt, preventing homelessness, or just having someone to sit with you and work things through.

Pop into “The Old Butchers” Monday, Wednesday or Friday 10-12 to see us or use the button above to get in touch.

Thank you to East Suffolk Council and Trussell for the continued funding and support to keep this vital service going
